yyyyph Terms and Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the yyyyph website at yyyyph.best, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any apps or software made available by yyyyph from time to time.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the yyyyph Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on yyyyph.
• "Bet" means any wager placed through the yyyyph Platform on any sporting event, esports match, card game, or other outcome available for wagering.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by yyyyph to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by yyyyph prior to processing withdrawals above set thresholds.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's yyyyph Account, expressed in Philippine pesos (₱).
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, account management, payment processing, and customer support services provided by yyyyph through the Platform.

To access the real-money features of the yyyyph Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to all yyyyph Accounts:

• You may hold only one (1) Account on yyyyph at any time. Registering more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email, device, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. yyyyph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Changes to registered name, date of birth, or national ID number require formal KYC re-verification.
• yyyyph reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

You may only register and use a yyyyph Account if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. yyyyph does not permit persons under 18 to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Philippine national accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of yyyyph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had a yyyyph Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order applied through yyyyph's responsible gaming tools or through any applicable regulatory body.

yyyyph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your yyyyph Account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• You may only deposit Funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
• yyyyph does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges where applicable.
• Deposited Funds are held for the sole purpose of betting and gaming on the yyyyph Platform. Deposits cannot be refunded except in the specific circumstances described in these Terms (e.g., Account closure with positive balance, verified error).

Players may withdraw their available real-money balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the yyyyph Account. yyyyph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC identity verification is required before yyyyph can process any withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed KYC must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys ID, or SSS/GSIS ID) before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• For verified accounts, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes at any time of day. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within 1 hour. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only real-money winnings that have cleared all wagering requirements will be included in the available withdrawal balance.
• yyyyph reserves the right to request additional documentation (source of funds, proof of address) for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where irregular activity has been detected.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the yyyyph Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available on the relevant betting pages.

• All bets are final once confirmed. yyyyph does not allow cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. In the event of a dispute, the governing body's ruling is final.
• Obvious pricing errors: Where yyyyph has published materially incorrect odds due to a system error or data feed failure, yyyyph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes in full. Players will be notified of any such void by notification or email.
• Abandoned matches: Where a sporting event is abandoned before completion, yyyyph follows standard industry settlement rules for each sport. Bets on abandoned events are generally voided and stakes returned unless the event has passed a minimum completion threshold specified in the relevant sport rules.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet is ₱20 for single bets. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• yyyyph reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict markets for any player at its discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns have been identified.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live markets. yyyyph may temporarily suspend live markets during critical match events (goals, red cards, VAR reviews) and will not be liable for bets placed during a suspension window.

yyyyph offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified for each promotion and may include account verification status, deposit history, or geographic restrictions.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for yyyyph sports bonuses is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Free bets do not carry value — only winnings derived from free bets are credited to your real-money balance upon settlement.
• Bonuses will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• yyyyph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to providing reasonable notice where practicable.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yyyyph Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any card game or competitive betting market on yyyyph.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on the basis of inside information obtained through participation in, or influence over, the outcome of a sporting event.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated group play, or any other method designed to generate profit from bonuses without genuine recreational play.
• Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Using automated software, bots, or systematic strategies solely designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies in yyyyph markets with no genuine recreational betting intent.
• Money laundering: Using the yyyyph Platform as a vehicle for the deposit, transfer, or withdrawal of proceeds from any illegal activity. yyyyph is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on yyyyph while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access to the Platform.
• Fraud: Using stolen or fraudulent payment credentials, providing false identification, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with your yyyyph Account.

yyyyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a withdrawal request
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing
• Duplicate Account registration
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Player request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion process

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, yyyyph reserves the right to retain any Bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits that are unrelated to any breach will be returned to the original deposit source after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

You may close your yyyyph Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team at support@yyyyph.best. Any real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC clearance.

yyyyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their activity on the Platform. These tools are available to all verified Players at no charge and can be activated at any time from the Account settings menu.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on total deposits to your yyyyph Account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Requests to increase a limit require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. When the limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session length. You will receive a reminder at the set time and the session will end automatically if you do not confirm continuation.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from yyyyph for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account. No bets can be placed during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the yyyyph Platform. A self-exclusion is a serious step — once applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. yyyyph will also make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new Account during the exclusion period.

yyyyph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on yyyyph, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding yyyyph's data practices:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of yyyyph Services.
• yyyyph does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.
• Transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, bet history) is retained in accordance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements. Requests should be submitted to support@yyyyph.best.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yyyyph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to yyyyph in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yyyyph will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by events outside yyyyph's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party payment system outages, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their Account credentials
• Errors in odds or market data that are corrected through the void bet process described in Section 6

yyyyph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yyyyph will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email or in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Where changes are required by regulatory mandate, they may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the yyyyph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may close your Account as described in Section 9 and withdraw your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the yyyyph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
